Leadership
Leading Before You Feel Ready
The leaders people trust are not always the ones with perfect answers. They are often the ones willing to stay honest while they move.
There is a version of leadership that waits until everything is polished. The plan is complete. The words are perfect. The answer is safe.
That version can look impressive from the outside, but it often keeps leaders stuck.
Real leadership usually starts earlier. It starts when there is still uncertainty in the room and the next step has to be chosen anyway.

What Readiness Actually Looks Like
Readiness is not the absence of fear. It is the ability to tell the truth, ask better questions, and take responsibility for the next right move.
That kind of leadership is quieter. It is less performative. It is also more trustworthy.
A Better Question
