My story
The experience behind

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in medical aesthetics and technology, navigating growth, operational complexity, and the responsibility of leading people through change.
My work spans people, commercial strategy, and operations. It has taught me to look at leadership from several angles: what the business needs, what our people need, and what it takes to turn a decision into something that works in practice.
That experience is why I created The Illumined Leader. A place to examine the choices we make, the assumptions we carry, and how we keep growing while helping our organizations move forward.
I bring experience to these conversations—and plenty of questions.
